1. Continue to drink more water, get above 8 cups per day. I’m just going to say it—my water intake SUCKED this month. And I’ve been drinking way more coffee than normal (damn you, Keurig). Definitely not the way to go.

Rookie Mistake
Apparently I didn’t get enough sleep last night because I woke up this morning and thought it would be a brilliant idea to jog without eating anything beforehand. I forced myself to make it through that first mile and I felt so disgusting; I was practically hobbling back to my car afterwards. Let’s just call this a lesson learned. Perhaps I’ll go back out later and try again.
